In providing each Addwave-branded software product (the "Software"), taproot (the "Developer") handles information as described below.

Information We Send

The Software communicates externally only when activating a license key. The license key you enter is sent to the servers of Gumroad, our payment and license management provider, to verify its validity and activation count (the limit is stated on the respective product's page). Only the license key string itself is sent.

No analytics or tracking functionality that collects usage data is built into the Software.

Information Stored Locally

Saved presets and your activated license key are stored only on your computer. They are never sent anywhere else, including to the Developer.

Payment

Purchases are processed on Gumroad's platform. Your name, email address, and payment details are collected and managed by Gumroad; the Developer does not have direct access to this information. Please refer to Gumroad's Privacy Policy for details.

Direct Contact

If you contact us directly (for example, for support or a license transfer request), we will process the email address and information you provide solely to respond to your request.

Website Analytics

This website (as distinct from the Software itself, which includes no analytics) uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it — for example, which pages are viewed and how visitors arrived here. Google Analytics uses cookies and may collect information such as your IP address, browser and device type, and general location. See Google's Privacy Policy for details on how Google handles this data.

Disclosure to Third Parties

Except as described above, we do not share your information with third parties.
