Refund Policy

Every Addwave product includes a trial mode that lets you try nearly full functionality, without entering a license key, for the period stated on the respective product's page. Please make sure it works correctly in your own DAW and OS environment before purchasing.

About Refunds

Because a trial is available before purchase as described above, we generally do not offer refunds for personal reasons (for example, "it wasn't what I expected" or "I couldn't get the hang of it").

However, we will consider refunds on a case-by-case basis in situations such as the following:

The Software has a defect that the Developer cannot fix or resolve within a reasonable time
You purchased a duplicate license by mistake
Other cases the Developer deems reasonable for a refund

Gumroad's Own Refund Policy

Gumroad, our sales platform, may issue refunds at its own discretion within 90 days of purchase in order to prevent chargebacks (payment disputes filed with card issuers). This is separate from this Policy and occurs at Gumroad's own discretion. Please refer to Gumroad's Terms of Service for details.
